The process is simple

• You book an inspection online with us.
• We turn up on time & conduct the inspection.
• If the Pool area passes the inspection you will be issued a QLD Pool Safety Certificate typically immediately!
• If the Pool area is non-compliant, we will provide a very clear report with pictures and suggested solutions. We will then arrange a re-inspection time that is convenient for you and as soon possible.

How you can prepare

1. Every Pool/Spa is required to be registered on the QBCC registration site, we will ofcourse check this for you. However it is a public site, feel free to check yourself.
